VIBE Fitness Studio offers a diverse range of fitness classes unlike any other gym or health membership in the area. Our offerings include Dance, Strong, Weight Lifting, Pound, Yoga, HIIT, Kettlebell, Kickboxing, Circuit, Barre, Step, Cycle, and more!
VIBE offers a variety of cycle classes every week. Cycle focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, intensity, & recovery. Instructors use highly energizing & motivating music. Our state-of-the-art bikes offer multiples adjustments, providing the smoothest & most comfortable ride.
Zero equipment required for this core-engaging workout. Mixed martial arts moves mixed with cardio & rhythm for am amazing workout & phenomenal stress reliever.
Everybody & Every Body! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat by taking the "work" out of workout, mixing low-intensity & high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance party. A total body workout combining cardio, balance, conditioning, & great music!
VIBE offers a variety of yoga sessions, blending balance, strength, flexibility, & power in a fitness format suitable for all levels to improve overall health, performance, & flexibility. Light dumbbells may be incorporated for some classes like Yoga Sculpt.
Cardio infused step fitness that will tone glutes & thighs while keeping your heartrate elevated. Also incorporates upper body & core for a full body workout. The pace & music will motivate you to climb to a higher level of fitness.
VIBE offers a variety of strength training classes including Kettlebell, Barbell, Basic Weights, Endurance, Circuit, & more. Utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance loops, resistance bands, barbells & more for a full body workout.
Trampolines aren't just for kids! This mini trampoline class is a high energy, low impact workout. Moves will sculpt your body, strengthen your core & legs, and add excitement to exercise. Use of resistance bands/loops may also be incorporated.
Other Classes & Events
A variety of other classes are offered throughout the year including Barre, Walk, Body Weight classes, & more. VIBE also offers private classes and special events like Sip & Cycle, Glow Yoga, & other themed workouts.
