INDOOR CYCLING

Indoor Cycling is an instructor led low impact, high energy, and fun exercise class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. Our instructors select highly energizing and motivating music for the class playlists, often with a fun theme! It involes a room full of our state of the art Stages Cycling stationary exercise bicycles with a weighted flywheel and adjustable magnetic resistance. Out bikes feature pedal cages, SPD cleats, multiple levels of adjustment and a quiet, smooth, low friction carbon belt. VIBE offers TONS of cycling sessions every week. Check the schedule for our regular CYCLE as well as Sip & Cycle, Tabata Cycle, Beginner Biker, Pedal & Kettle, Cycle-Core-Yoga, & more!
