Indoor cycling is an instructor led low impact, high energy and fun exercise class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. Our instructors select highly energizing & motivating music for the class playlists, often with a fun theme! It involves a room full of our state of the art Stages Cycling stationary exercise bicycles with a weighted flywheel and adjustable magnetic resistance. Our bikes feature pedal cages, SPD cleats, multiple levels of adjustment and a quiet, smooth, low friction carbon belt. VIBE offers TONS of cycling sessions every week.
