When muscle meets yoga, Sculpt is born. This is a fast paced class that will boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music. You’ll combine free weights to a Yoga flow and cardio to intensify each pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges, push-ups and bicep curls. Guaranteed to make you sweat!!
A flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of Yoga in the United States. A steady, dynamic flow of connecting yoga postures to breathe. It is a full body flow where you'll explore the postures with proper alignment and learn the fundamental principles of Yoga. This class will challenge your strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and mental control. You do not need to be flexible or strong to practice yoga; the Yoga will make you flexible and strong. This class will fire up your core strength while developing your body awareness. Great for beginners learning the basics of the Yoga disciplines, as well as seasoned Yogis perfecting their practice.
