VIBE Fitness Studio offers a variety of Stretch & Recovery classes. These sessions are a wonderful compliment to weight training, cardio and all sports. Our classes offer physical, mental, and spiritual practices to allow the body to heal inside and out.
Stretch & Sculpt
When muscle meets stretching, Sculpt is born. This is a fast paced class that will boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music. You’ll combine free weights to a gentle flow and cardio to intensify each pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges, push-ups and bicep curls. Guaranteed to make you sweat!!
Recover & Flow
A flowing, dynamic sequence of positions that is one of the most popular styles of Recovery in the United States. A steady, dynamic flow of connecting postures to breathe. It is a full body flow where you'll explore the postures with proper alignment and learn the fundamental principles of healing the body. This class will challenge your strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and mental control. You do not need to be flexible or strong to begin this class; this class will make you flexible and strong. This class will fire up your core strength while developing your body awareness. Great for beginners learning the basics of a recovery discipline, as well as recovery pros.
