VIBE Fitness Studio offers a diverse range of fitness classes unlike any other gym or health membership in the area.  Our offerings include Zumba, Kickboxing, Yoga, Barre, Pound, Kettlebell, Belly Dance, Indoor Cycling, Step, Rebound, & more! 



POUND® is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

Zero equipment is required for this core-engaging workout where kickboxing moves are mixed with cardio intervals and body weight exercises to maximize your calorie burn and sculpt your entire body. Mixed martial arts moves are choreographed to powerful, upbeat music to boost power behind each punch and assure a challenging & out-RAGE-ously fun workout!  Not only is kickboxing an amazing physical workout, it is a phenomenal stress reliever for mental and emotional health. A favorite quote from many of our clients is, "I come to kickboxing because punching people is frowned upon".

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on by taking the "work" out of workout, mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Learn each move, then go all in & power through each move for 30 seconds for a great cardio burn.

ZUMBA lovers... HIIT fans... MUSIC fanatics... STRONG by Zumba!  STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.  In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

Bollywood Dance

Bolly-what?? Bollywood!! A fun mix of Bombay the city and Hollywood, the term “Bollywood” refers to all the vibrant art, music, movies, and culture of India’s cinema. Almost no Bollywood film is complete without the characters spontaneously breaking out into a high-energy dance full of expressions to set the tone for the scene.  With dance influences from Bhangra, Indian classical, and modern Hip Hop, this total body workout goes through a variety of beginner & moderate cardio routines - all set to the tune of popular Bollywood songs that tell a story! Best part is that the workout is easy-to-follow and focuses on having fun!

Belly Dance

This low impact, dance cardio workout uses repetitive sequencing of movements that target arms, core and legs.  Movements like hip drops, shimmies, figure 8’s, and circles increase the flow of synovial fluids in the body promoting greater range of motion. A weight bearing form of exercise this class will also strengthen your back, your bones and improve your posture.

Body Weight Burn

Body weight burn is an instructor led strength class using your own body weight to provide resistance. No equipment! Think calisthenics! These exercises will get your heart rate up, enhance your strength/power/endurance, promote overall coordination, flexibility, and fitness. All exercises shown with modifications, so no matter what your current fitness level is, you CAN do this!

Core Fusion

Zero-equipment, no floor work, all CORE!  This class incorporates core-engaging moves and routines from Kickboxing, Zumba, and Barre, as well as all new routines targeting the abdominal and oblique muscles.  Core Fusion is a great way to experience a variety of workout styles as well as build a strong core foundation for any workout routine.

Have you tried BARRE? As in "BAR"!  Barre is a low impact, highly effective workout suitable for everyone.  Barre uses movements focused on strengthening and lengthening muscles, creating a long, lean look like that of a dancer. This unique class structure also incorporates focus on balance to build greater core strength which improves posture, protects against injury of daily activities, and of course defines those ab muscles.  Very light dumbbells (or no weights at all) will be used as well as resistance loop bands. All equipment is provided!


Trampolines aren't just for kids! This mini trampoline class is a high energy, low impact workout. Moves will sculpt your body, strengthen your core & legs, and add excitement to exercise. Utilizing the effects of opposing gravity, this class takes fitness to a whole new level.  Use of resistance bands is also incorporated for low cardio, strength exercises.


VIBE offers a variety of yoga styles, blending balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format suitable for all levels to improve overall health, performance, & flexibility. 

Sculpt & Stretch

Combining dumbbells and Yoga, Sculpt & Stretch brings you the best of both worlds!  Weighted yoga style moves are learned and practiced to sculpt long lean muscles.  The body will benefit from the lengthening and stretching of yoga all while increasing strength.

Penalty Box

Only at VIBE!  Penalty Box is a complete boot camp HIIT style full body workout. If your goal is weight loss or increasing your physical conditioning then this class is for you! Modifications provided too!  Use of an agility grid and hurdle all in one. This intense workout not only will burn calories as you work out but also after your workout is completed!

Power Step

Cardio infused step fitness class that will tone your glutes and thighs while keeping your heart-rate elevated. It also incorporates upper body and core for a full body workout. The pace and music will encourage you to push harder and motivate you to climb to a higher level of fitness.

Sole Endurance

5k, 10k, recreational runner, THIS class will help you reach all your running goals!  Cardio & strength HIIT intervals are used to continually build your endurance, enabling you to push harder and go further.  Class is instructed by an avid runner, bringing you all the exercises that have aided in her successful running career!

Triple Circuit

Step, lift, and bounce your way to results! This circuit style class integrates steps/risers, decks/benches, and mini trampolines for strength and cardio training. The exercise variety is endless! PLUS modifications provided at every station! You can even skip a station if necessary.

Balls & Bells

KETTLEBELLS! If you are looking for a class that is a full body strength workout that also improves balance, then this is for you. Both kettlebells and stability balls are utilized for this fun circuit style workout focusing on core stability and strength. 


A combination of Yoga and T’ai Chi, Yo-Chi is a movement program designed to improve overall wellness. A variety of yoga poses will be used to focus on stability & strength, while the T’ai Chi focus is on movement & flexibility. Mind-Body connection is established by using all 5 senses during the session. Great for those easing their way back to fitness, on limitations due to illness/injury, stress reduction, & for experienced individuals with an open mind to trying new things!

Total Body Burn

Total Body Burn will do just that!  Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Resistance Loops, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls, Barbells, Balance Boards, & more!  This equipment is incorporated for a workout that will engage every major muscle group to sculpt as well as increase strength.  Dynamic moves are used to target your upper body, lower body, and core all at once.  These moves are repeated until your Total Body Burns!


Kettlebells are used to perform strength and endurance building exercises.  This full body workout focuses primarily on strengthening the back and core plus shoulders and legs.  Improved mobility and range of motion are additional benefits to incorporating the kettlebell into each move.

Indoor cycling is an instructor led low impact, high energy and fun exercise class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.  Our instructors select highly energizing & motivating music for the class playlists, often with a fun theme!  It involves a room full of our state of the art Stages Cycling stationary exercise bicycles with a weighted flywheel and adjustable magnetic resistance.  Our bikes feature pedal cages, SPD cleats, multiple levels of adjustment and a quiet, smooth, low friction carbon belt.  VIBE offers TONS of cycling sessions every week.  Check the schedule for our regular Indoor Cycling as well as Cycle & Strength, Rise & Ride, Pedal & Kettle, Cycle-Core-Yoga, & Beginner Biker.
