VIBE Fitness Studio offers a diverse range of fitness classes unlike any other gym or health membership in the area. Our offerings range from Zumba, Pound, Yoga, PiYo, HIIT, Kettlebell, Kickboxing, Circuit, Belly Dancing Body Fitness, Barre and Indoor Cycling.
Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on by taking the "work" out of workout, mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
PiYo® LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You'll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small.
Zero-equipment is used for this core-engaging workout where kickboxing moves are integrated with cardio intervals and bodyweight exercises to maximize your calorie burn and sculpt your entire body.
Zero-equipment, no floor work, all CORE! This class incorporates core-engaging moves and routines from Kickboxing, Zumba, and Barre, as well as all new routines targeting the abdominal and oblique muscles. Core Fusion is a great way to experience a variety of workout styles as well as build a strong core foundation for any workout routine.
High Intensity Interval Training alternates short periods of intense cardio exercises with less intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts enable improved endurance and maximum calorie burn.
Belly Dancing Body Fitness
This low impact workout has you moving in ways you never did before and you will be amazed by how you feel at the end of one class! Complete with BDBF™ drills, floor work, and simple choreography to Arabic rhythms and amazing tribal beats, this class defines the word fun for you and your friends!
POUND® is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
A low impact, highly effective workout. Barre Balance uses movements focused on strengthen and lengthen muscles, creating a long, lean look, like that of a dancer. This unique class structure also incorporates a focus on balance to build greater core strength which improves posture, protects against injury of daily activities, and of course defines those ab muscles for a slimmer waistline.
Kickbox Bootcamp is a hybrid class integrating VIBE's Kickboxing and Total Body Burn Classes for a maximum calorie burn interval session.
Total Body Burn
Total Body Burn will do just that! Dumbbells are incorporated for a workout that will engage every major muscle group to sculpt as well as increase strength. Dynamic moves are used to target your upper body, lower body, and core all at once. These moves are repeated until your Total Body Burns!
Improve both your strength and your aerobic fitness with VIBE's Circuit classes! Different every time, these classes will use a variety of equipment (kettlebell, dumbbells, stability ball, sliders, etc.) to work your upper body, lower body, and core, as well as incorporate moderate cardio.
Kettlebells are used to perform strength and endurance building exercises. This full body workout focuses primarily on strengthening the back and core plus shoulders and legs. Improved mobility and range of motion are additional benefits to incorporating the kettlebell into each move.
Mommy and Me
Playtime fitness! Baby-wear friendly! A 45 minute class full of active games & activities for toddlers, preschoolers, and their moms!
Similar to our HIIT class, HIIT-Strength adds a whole new level of intensity! With the addition of dumbbells for weight resistance, this 45 minute class runs you through cardio, strength, and rest intervals for maximum calorie burn and ultimate muscle sculpting.
When muscle meets Yoga Sculpt is born. This is a fast paced class that will boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to the upbeat music. You'll combine free weights to a Yoga flow and cardio to intensify each pose while mixing in strength training moves like squats, lunges, push-ups, and bicep curls. Guaranteed to make you sweat!
Flow & Flexibility
Students will progress through a basic Yoga Flow to build core strength, lengthen muscles, and improve flexibility. Students will be challenged with moves and poses providing a sense of accomplishment as they progress and advance through a new found level of control and focus.
Indoor cycling is an instructor led low impact, high energy and fun exercise class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. It involves a room full of our state of the art Stages Cycling stationary exercise bicycles with a weighted flywheel and adjustable magnetic resistance. Our bikes feature pedal cages, SPD cleats, multiple levels of adjustment and a quiet, smooth, low friction carbon belt.
While linking conscience breath with a vigorous and mindful flow, students will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and mind. All Yoga levels welcome.
